SERVICES TO BE RENDERED
We undertake following services.
a) Trained guard and Supervising staff for protecting the installation depots, sub- depots, factories, laboratories, plants, blanks, godowns, museums ,hotels, construction side residential enclaves and various other permanents & temporary establishments.
b) PERSONAL SECURITY :Special Guard and body gurds for the security of high officials and V.I.Ps.
c) MOBILE SECURITY :Trained armed guards for Bank transactions, payment collection when moveing in the train with men and material.
d) SHADOW SECURITY :Trained Security staff to exercise a counter - check on activities of permanent security persons, workers, managerial and administrative staff and suspected key
appointment holders.
e) INTERNAL SECURITY :Internal coverage intelligence trained security men in order to feed information to the management about industrial espionage ,leakage of trade secrets and internal under hand dealing without side agencies interested otherwise.
f)INVESTIGATIONS:Clud staff to investigate thefts ,bribery ,misappropriation ,embezzelement, frauds, grafts , dubious indenting ,Industrial infringements like trade mark tempering,superious and duplicate production.Services will readilly be made available for pre-employment and annual confidential screening of executives staff and for Finding out their financial status credit balances and union.
g)FIRE FIGHTING SERVICES :Men trained in fire fighting and we also under take train permanent staff fighting and trained personnel to man the sub-fire stations of the establishment.
3)TRAINING FACILITIES : Undertake the training for permanent security staff and other concerned organs of the establishment in the following :
(a) Use of various weapons
(b) Armed combat
(c) Man to man combat
(d) Hand to Hand fighting and close quarter combat
4) STAFF :Managing committee needed by a retired officers.Undertakes to cater for a highly profesional staff & other aspects connected with the staff such as.
(a) Specially trained personnel for :
(i) Security officers (Ex-commissioned and retired army officers.)
(ii) Weapons training Instructors.
(iii) Physical training Instructors.
(iv) Intelligence,investigations and interrogation experts.
(v) Security supervisors : retired army force junior commissioned officers,also the same rankers from DSC,CISF & BSF and para military forces.
(vi) Security Guards : Ex-armed forces DSC,NCC,TA and para military forces.
(vii) Under cover opeerators and shadowers armed forces personnel and trained experienced civilians.
(viii) Security dog attenders-Ex-army person.
(ix) Security drivers-Ex army personnel.
(x) Body guards armed and unarmed mostly from infantry.
(xi) Trained fire fighting inspectors.
(xii) Security Inspectors.
(b) TRAINING : Guards will be rushed through refresher courses periodically to keep them abreast of the changing requirements of the modrn security problems.Guards will be trained in the arms and other combat weapons as per availability.Guards and the staff will be traines through condensed and short courses in industrial security safety procedure vigilance documentation fire fighting ,handling of man and material andespionage works.
(c) WELFARE :E.S.I.,E.P.F. Gratuity,leaves,wages,bonus etc.to wards out staff will be the responsibility of the (R.P.Labour & Security Services ) R.P.S.
5. DUTY PERFORMS :
(a) They will Perform 8 hrs.(eight hours) duty in a day for 26 days in a month.
(b) In smart Uniform provided by us and mentioned by us.
(c) Our security personnel will not be a member of any UNION.
