| A) We change the following rates for the persons provided by us their 8 hours duty. |
| 1)skilled labour |
| 2) Semiskilled ( Labour superviser & others ) |
| 3) Unskilled ( Unskilled labour ) 3750/- |
| successfully rendering our contract in to the following reputed organistion - |
| The above rates are subject to minimum wages act form time to time .Service |
| charge will be 15 % extra. |
| B) We will provide local personsls and that persons should minimum matriculate or |
| equivalent with experience. |
| C) If management want to change any person we will change within 24 hours. |
| D) Company will not employ the empolyees,who were made quailable by us within |
| 6 months or the date of draw the contract. |
| E) Every Co-Operation will be given by us during strike period. |
| F) We render our puompt and punctual services with sencerely and carefully. |
| G) We shall enter into agreement for a period of one year from date diployment. |
| The contract can be termenated by given one month notice by either side. |
| H) We will puovide P.F. & E.S.I. to our contractor employees. |
| I) Off - day reliver charged and 10% service charges will be extra. |
| J) The contract will be accepte for minimum period of one year in the first phose |
| and if our services turn to the satisfaction of the management the contract will be |
| extended as per the management desire . |
| K) Payment :- Our bills will be submitted on 30th of every month the same should be |
| cleared by 7th at each month so that we would be free from financial hardship. |
